Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases including any order purchase from www.tryvitalingredients.com

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We’re here to help and want to resolve any issue quickly and fairly. If you have a question or concern about a charge or order, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Contact Support First: Email us at support@tryvitalingredients.com as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find the best solution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • What to Include: Please provide your order number, the email used at checkout, the billing name, and a brief description of the issue. If your concern is related to product condition or shipping, include any supporting documentation (for example, photos of the item/packaging, and the tracking order).
  • If a Chargeback Is Filed: Once a chargeback or dispute is opened, your bank/payment provider controls the process and we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement until the dispute is resolved. We will submit relevant documentation to the bank/payment provider, which may include order confirmation details, shipping information, tracking, and delivery confirmation.

We strongly recommend reaching out to our support team first so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you place a order, you may request to cancel it only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Before Fulfillment / Shipping: If your order has not entered processing, we may be able to cancel it. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout.
  • After Fulfillment / Shipping: Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, you may still be eligible for a return or refund depending on the item and condition—please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. If a return is approved, return shipping and any associated return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address Changes: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@tryvitalingredients.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We can only make changes before the order is processed/shipped. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

We recommend double-checking your items and shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays or issues.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tryvitalingredients.com. Because we work to process and ship orders quickly, there is only a limited window to make changes.

Please include the following so we can help you faster:

  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Full name on the order
  • What you want to do (cancel the order, update address, change item, etc.)
  • Reason (optional)

Important: Cancellation/change requests are only possible before your order is processed or shipped. Once an order is processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel before the next renewal.
  • If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • If the order has been fulfilled, you can’t cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund, depending on eligibility.
