At Vital Ingredients, we take pride in offering premium wellness supplements designed to support your well-being. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Medical & Personal Use Refund Disclaimer
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, refunds are not available for personal decisions made after purchase, including but not limited to medical advice received post-delivery, changes in health conditions, or newly prescribed medications. Customers are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider before placing an order to ensure the product is appropriate for their individual needs. Refunds are only issued for eligible returns in accordance with this policy and after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility (Important)
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for requests made after 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exception: Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time purchases and allows limited product use when customers follow the usage verification requirements outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in our product’s ability to deliver real results. If you don’t notice a difference within 30 days of consistent use, we’ll refund your product cost.
Results from dietary supplements vary from person to person depending on factors such as diet, lifestyle, consistency of use, and individual biology. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows customers to evaluate the product, but it does not guarantee specific health outcomes or results.
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, here’s how it works:
- The guarantee applies to first-time orders only.
- You must show proof of consistent product use by submitting:
- A photo of your product (bottle) next to a current date (such as a phone screen with the date, or a calendar) taken at least 1 times a week over the 30-day period.
- A written summary of your experience, including how you used the product and what results you did or didn’t notice.
- Requests must be submitted between days 30–35 after delivery. Claims made outside this window will not be eligible.
- All returns must include the original packaging and any unused product portions.
Promotional Bundle & Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) Offers
For all promotional bundle offers including but not limited to Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1), Buy 2 Get 3 Free (B2G3), Buy 3 Get 4 Free (B3G4), or any similar multi-unit promotional discount:
- The “free” items are part of a bundled promotional offer and do not carry standalone refund value.
- If one unit from a promotional bundle has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging, the promotional bundle is considered partially consumed.
- In such cases, refunds cannot be issued for the free promotional items.
- If a customer requests a return, all items received as part of the promotion (including free items) must be returned unopened and in original condition to qualify for any refund consideration.
- Partial returns of promotional bundles are not eligible for prorated refunds.
By purchasing under a promotional bundle offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees that promotional items are conditional upon full bundle compliance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Requests after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
General Return Requirements
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in original packaging only.
- Returns must be authorized before being sent. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Refunds cover product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Inspections typically take 48 hours after receipt.
Subscription Orders
For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return or Refund
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tryvitalingredients.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (with photo/video proof of issue if applicable)
- For 30-day guarantee claims: Include your weekly product photo records and written summary
Our team will review and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of product inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
- We track and document every return and refund carefully to maintain accuracy and compliance with banking partners.
Additional Notes
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return except for first-time orders covered under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
