At Vital Ingredients, we’re committed to reliable shipping so you can start experiencing the benefits of our wellness supplements as soon as possible.
Important Notice (Split Shipments)
Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse locations, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge. Items from your order may be shipped individually as they become available.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we typically process payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 3-4** business weeks**.
Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing your order, and a further email will be provided when your order has been dispatched.
Remember to check your spam/junk folder.
We will send tracking page info to track your packages to your email address.
You can also track your order anytime on our Tracking Page enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to see the latest tracking updates. If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for carrier scans to appear.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 3–4 business weeks (after processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as order processing time, carrier delays, destination, and unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We truly appreciate your patience in these situations.
High-Demand Items
For certain high-demand items, please allow an additional 4–5 business weeks for shipping due to reproduction and restocking timelines (depending on your shipping location).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for specific details.
International Delivery Times (General Guidance)
- Deliveries to locations outside the mainland U.S. (including non-mainland U.S. states/territories) may take slightly longer
- Some European countries may take up to 26 days to receive your item
- Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $50
- Orders $50 and under: Flat rate $5.97
Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout to help safeguard your order against eligible issues during transit.
- If you add Shipping Protection, and we verify that your package was lost in transit or your item arrived damaged, we may replace the product at no cost to you (including free reshipment where applicable).
- If you did not add Shipping Protection, Vital Ingredients is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged due to shipping carrier issues, and we are not responsible to replace the product at no cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 Hours of the expected delivery date (or within 24 Hours of a “delivered” scan if you did not receive it) so we can document the issue and advise next steps.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We can verify shipment details with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the order was shipped and/or marked delivered and there is no further action available through the carrier, we are unable to recover the package. In that situation, we may suggest filing a police report so local authorities can help investigate a lost or stolen package.
Damage Claims (Photos Required)
If your order arrives damaged, you must email us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement Options

With Shipping Protection: If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we will review your damage photos. If the damage is verified and a replacement is justified, we may offer a replacement at a partial cost or at a discounted price.

Without Shipping Protection: If Shipping Protection was not added, damage is considered a shipping carrier issue and we are not liable for this. In these cases, we are not responsible to replace the product without any cost to the customer.
Shipping Delays & Refund Requests
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen shipping carrier issues, we kindly ask you to wait up to 25 business days before requesting a refund or replacement.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the date the order is delivered, not the purchase date.
Product Returns & Refunds
Return Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment once approved.
Non-Refundable Fees (Shipping + Shipping Protection)
If a return is approved and initiated, please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable)
- Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable
- Any add-on fees related to shipping or Shipping Protection will not be refunded, even if the product return is approved
Refunds apply to eligible returned product(s) only, subject to inspection and approval.
Wrong Address or Missing Information
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an address error, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
First-Time Orders
All first-time orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, orders are automatically processed and sent to fulfillment. Once processing begins, no further changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are billed automatically on the scheduled renewal date. Changes or cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date. Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, that order becomes final and will ship as scheduled. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after billing. Customers may update or cancel future renewals at any time.
